Stages

The initial stage of preparing designs and printing materials before the production process begins. During the prepress stage, we prepare design files, check colors and layouts, and create printing plates to ensure that the final product meets quality standards. This process serves as a crucial foundation for producing precise, consistent prints that meet customer needs.

Product Development
At this stage, our team of experts collaborates with the client to develop concepts, analyze packaging structures, and create prototype simulations (mock-ups) to ensure that the resulting design is both visually appealing and practical when implemented on the production line.

Computer to Plate
We use Computer-to-Plate (CTP) technology, which allows digital data to be transferred directly to the printing plate without going through the conventional film process. This technology ensures consistent color accuracy, sharp image detail, and significant time savings. The use of the CTP system ensures that every printed sheet meets the exact quality standards of the digital design.

Die-Cutting Tool Making
Die-cutting is performed with a high degree of precision to produce cut patterns that are accurate, consistent, and in accordance with packaging specifications. Meticulously designed by experts, this process ensures optimal finishing results and facilitates the assembly of the final product.
